AutoRanq is an AI-powered SEO content platform that provides: • Automated keyword research and analysis • AI-powered content generation • SEO optimization recommendations • Automatic publishing to CMS systems (WordPress, etc.) • Content performance tracking and analytics • Image generation for articles Features may vary based on your subscription plan.

To use our services, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction • Provide accurate and complete account information • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential • Report unauthorized access to your account immediately • Not share your account with others You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Our subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. • Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT where applicable • Payment is processed securely via Stripe • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings • Refunds are processed according to our refund policy • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

You agree not to: • Use the service for illegal activities or unlawful purposes • Generate misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content • Create content that violates third-party intellectual property rights • Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt our systems • Share your account credentials with others • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform • Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures • Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

Content you create with AutoRanq belongs to you. You retain all rights to the articles, images, and other content generated using our platform. The AutoRanq platform, software, branding, and documentation remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services.

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee: • Specific SEO rankings or results • Uninterrupted or error-free service • That AI-generated content will meet all your requirements • Compatibility with all third-party platforms We strive for maximum uptime and service quality but cannot guarantee perfect availability.

We may suspend or terminate your account for: • Violation of these terms and conditions • Non-payment of subscription fees • Abusive behavior toward our staff or other users • Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity You may terminate your account at any time via your settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to your data and content. We recommend exporting your data before closing your account.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS, OR THAT IT WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTORANQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
